One thing we have to mention is that, while PLAN has been intensively developed since fall of 2005, the much-needed documentation work has been overdue until recently. But believe us, we are working very hard on this. Please check the latest version of PLAN at http://bioinfo.noble.org/plan/ and the most updated documents at http://bioinfo.noble.org/plan/docs/.
