METER: Medicago truncatula Expression Reports

 

METER retrieves the in-silicon expressions of multiple Mt TCs and consolidate them into a large table for downstream analysis. Each TC's expressions are searchable through TIGR's web site (example on TC100950).


Paste your TC accession ID list to retrieve the expressions. E.g. "TC100950 TC100951 TC100952". IDs may be delimeted by space, comma, semi-column, or new line:
Depending on the number of query IDs and the internet connection between the METER server and TIGR's server, the search process may take any time from a few seconds to several minutes. Please be patient after submission.
