2. TenFoldValidation.txt include the test result of 2787 genes during ten-fold validation.

4. dataset/Upstream1000bpOfTargetgene.fas      ----upstream sequence of 186  ARF-target genes

5. TAIR6_test/*  ----Independant test result which is based on all TAIR6 genes, we only list the top 1000 genes.
