Batch Download by Experiment

This page lists the expression data by experiment (referred to as "chip", "slide" elsewhere) and allows you to download all expressions for experiments of your selection. All information on experimental design and data processing are available at ArrayExpress.

NOTE: The download file will be generated from the database on the fly. For computational resource consideration, we do NOT encourage downloading the whole dataset via the "Download" button below. For your convenience, we have organized two sets of "whole experiment" data for direct download:
1. Expressions of all probesets (including Mtr, Msa, Sme and control) in all experiments (Download, 22560 KB)
2. Expressions of all Mtr probesets in all experiments (Download, 18845 KB)
These are both tab-delimited files. You may view them with any text editor or Excel. To keep a file from being directly opened in your web browser, you may need to right click on the link, and select "Save target as...". Thank you for your understanding.
